"One of the things that I wanted to do was to bring in guys that fit me as a coach and as a person," Minter said. "It's not necessarily about where you've been. It's about your ability to think through the game. What I've created is a coaching staff that can think through the game and not just stay with the status quo because that's how things have always been done." Mariani has been on Campbell's staff for the last six seasons. He also will coach the team's quarterbacks, Cox most recently served as the defensive and recruiting coordinator at Johnson C.
